A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking and the balance paid before the tour begins.
Any monies paid will be refunded less the cost of cancellation fees levied by hotels & lodges, transporters, park fees, food purchases and any other relevant expenses.
Cars, minibuses, coaches or trucks will be provided depending on the route and the number of participants. English speaking driver / guides are provided.
Based on two persons sharing a double room / tent. Where possible rooms with private baths are provided. Single rooms are available at an additiona cost but cannot be guaranteed.

The tour program involves all hotel & lodge taxes as imposed by city and state governments, entrance fees to parks and game reserves,
Cost of obtaining passports, Visas, travel insurance, excess baggage charges, items of personal nature such as drinks, laundry, communication, international airport departure tax, deviations from the tour and gratuities to safari directors, tour leaders, drivers, rangers and trackers.
The company reserves the right to alter the arrangement or cancel the operations of a scheduled tour should conditions so necessitate. It also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any personas a member of any tour at any time, in which case an equitable amount will be refunded. Prices are based on tariffs and other costs prevailing at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

The company and its agents act only as agents for the passengers in all matters relating to hotels / lodge accommodation, tours, transport etc. and shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage in any manner.
The company’s liability to passengers carried in it’s own vehicles is governed by the laws of the country in which the tour takes place and no other country. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the action arise. The company reserves the right to employ sub-contractors for all or part of the services.

All expeditions involve an element of personal risk and at times can be of hazardous nature. Expedition members must accept this risk; we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, expense, delay or inconvenience caused to you or your baggage as a result, whether directly or indirectly, or any matter of whatever nature, which is outside our control. All participants are encouraged to take out an insurance policy to cover personal accidents and medical expenses.

Gear for mountain climbing is not included in the tour cost but can be hired at Nanyuki, Naro Moru or Chogoria for Mt. Kenya and at Marangu Park gate for Mt. Kilimanjaro |
